    <p>This paper presents the results of verification tests for the application of a 5th generation mobile communication system (5G) to an industrial robot control system, consisting of an industrial robot, a three-dimensional measurement sensor, and a robot controller. First, the configuration of the industrial robot control system to be used for testing was examined. Second, the 5G radio characteristics at two factories were measured. The radio interference to/from devices in operation in the factories and the human shield effect influencing the radio characteristics were also examined in these measurements. In factory automation, it is generally inevitable to spend a long time rearranging the components of the industrial robot control system. From the test results, it was confirmed that the time required could be greatly reduced by replacing wired communication lines with 5G capable systems.</p>

    This paper describes the effect of amplitude of longitudinal ultrasonic vibration on tightening miniature screw threads in terms of tightening torque, bearing surface friction torque and thread torque. Miniature screw threads of S1.4 are tightened with the ultrasonic vibration of 4 different amplitudes of 60 kHz longitudinal vibration. The experimental results indicate that the amplitude of 2.6μm reduces the tightening torque by 25%. In the case of the amplitude of 1.8μm, the largest depression of the contact surface of specimen was formed. These experimental results suggest that the amplitude of vibration should be optimized.

    In case of high aspect ratio plastic parts molding, the deterioration of parts accuracy will occur by various deformations such as warp due to molding shrinkage. In this research, the resin flow control molding method has been developed which can control the flow of resin during molding and improve the dimensional accuracy and the mechanical strength of the molded parts. In this paper, we applied the developed new molding method to high aspect ratio pipe shape molding and examined whether it is possible to realize the high-precision molding.

    射出成形時の型内での樹脂流動制御によって異方性の変化を実現し、車輪全体の強度を向上する射出成形システムを提案する。
    金型には樹脂の流動方向などを変更する可動部を用い,型内の樹脂が製品形状に付与される前に、固化を制御する適切な外力を施す樹脂流動制御法を組み合わせるこ とにより,異方性による物性のばらつきを抑制する。
    輸送用車輪の樹脂化を実現し,輸送業界のみならず,機械装置の回転機器の省エネルギー化を目指す。
