On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we welcome you to the 10th International Conference on Management of Emergent Digital EcoSystems (MEDES'18) hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan University, Minami-Osawa campus, Tokyo/Japan. The 1st MEDES conference was organized in Lyon-France. Since then, it has always been technically supported by the ACM Special Group On Applied Computing (ACM SIGAPP and ACM SIGAPP.fr). After 10 years of continuous presence, this conference has become the premier forum for the dissemination of leading edge research in Digital Ecosystems.
