近年，製造における納期の短期化などによる切削加工の高速化が原因で，びびりが発生しやすくなるという問題がある．びびりの発生は加工精度低下の大きな要因となっている．本研究の最終目的は，MTシステムに基づくびびりを予測・抑制する手法の検討を行い，NC加工の高精度化を図ることである．本稿では，RT法に基づくびびり判別手法の検討と，切削条件・加工パスから切削除去量を推定する手法の検討を行った．

This paper discusses design methods for the internal structure of molds used in production utilizing metal laser sintering combined with high speedmilling which selectively sinters metal powder to form a three dimensional mold. This milling technique is characterized by the fact that the selective laser sintering process and milling process are carried out in alternating sequence, achieving the level of processing accuracy demanded of mold production. In addition, in the selective laser sintering process, because the mechanical strength of the sintered body (Young's Modulus) is variable, suitable interior structures that consider dynamic conditions are expected. However, in the current state of design, this structure is determined experimentally, and there is a high possibility of incurring unnecessary production time and high costs. In this paper, we investigate a method that incorporates an optimization method using stress that occurs within the structure interior, obtains the interior topological structure as a Young's Modulus distribution, and designs a suitable interior structure using this distribution. As a result of investigation using numerical analysis, we obtained a structure that reduces the volume of the sintered body, having high mechanical strength in comparison with a conventional structure while improving structural rigidity.

We are now engaged in the study on a resin flow control molding method in which molecules and fillers are positively oriented by displacing resin flows in the mold. We intend to confirm that the resin flow control molding method can properly control the orientation of fibers in glass fiber reinforced polypropylene moldings. We have also attempted to improve physical properties of poly-lactic acid molded by the resin flow control molding method. We have directly observed the process of filling resins into a glass-inserted mold to prove effectiveness of the resin flow control molding method.

We are now engaged in the study of a resin flow control method of molding to positively orient molecules or fillers by displacing resin flows in the mold. This method has proved effective for improving the physical properties of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene molding. This study is aimed at improving the sealing performance of polypropylene containers by circumferentially controlling resin flows in the mold to reduce free volumes. In this paper, we evaluate the sealing performance of such molding in relation to different rotational speeds of the rotational core in the mold.

In order to practically examine a new type of class, in which cooperative learning is taken into consideration, we designed and built a classroom. This classroom, in which furniture and a flexible ICT basis are both designed reconfigurable, supports much more complex interactions between learners than in a traditional classroom. Two months' observation of the activities in the classroom shows that many aspects of the reconfigurations have encouraged complex interactions within cooperative learning. © 2011 IEEE.
