We generalize Choquet Integrals with respect to two additive measure and using them approximate functionals defined on a finite set.We consider a product probability measure on the functional space,which actually is an Euclidian space. Then our approximations are some projection of the L2 space. Under this condition, we obtain that: the optimal approximation of a multi lenear Fuzzy integral is a multi lenar Fuzzy integral, and the optimal approximation of a Choquet integral is a different type integral.

This paper provides a new value (solution concept or allocation rule) of cooperative games via posets induced by graphs. Several values in a graph-restricted communication situation have been proposed or introduced by Myerson, Borm, and Hamiache⋯ However, these values have been subjected to some criticisms in certain types of games. The value proposed in this paper withstands these criticisms. Moreover, these existing values have been defined only in situations represented by undirected graphs, while the notion of the value proposed in this paper can be extended to situations represented by directed graphs.

High definition television (HDTV) video delivery services over IP networks have recently started. To make the delivered high-quality HDTV video comfortable to view, we need to design appropriate delivery systems and then monitor the quality of experience. Currently, subjective assessment is the main method used to quantify video quality. However, it is unsuitable for real time monitoring of video quality. Therefore, we need an objective video quality assessment method that can effectively estimate subjective video quality from the video characteristics. We propose a full-reference-type objective video quality measurement method that is applicable to the evaluation of coding distortions in HDTV. We analyzed the results from applying the conventional method (J.247 Annex A) to HDTV video and improved the conventional method on the basis of those results. We applied fuzzy measure to the conventional method so as to consider the interaction effects of each parameter because the conventional method tends to obtain different characteristics between high quality and low quality regions of video content. © 2009 IEEE.
