Untying Cable by Combining 3D Deep Neural Network with Deep Reinforcement Learning 査読有り国際誌

In this study, we propose a framework to solve the cable traction problem where many cables are needed, such as in factories, schools, etc. Our framework is divided into three stages: First, we use SegNet to recognize the cable in the image, build a 3D voxel model by 3D-VAE-GAN, and transform the voxel model to a 3D particle model in Unity3D by the Position-Based Dynamics method. Second, features learned by a 3D deep neural network (PointNet++) from the 3D model are fed into a deep reinforcement learning (RL) network (DQN) to get a series of actions to untie the 3D cable model in Unity3D. Finally, we input the action sequence to the robot arm to untie the cable in the real world. Experimental results show that compared with traditional methods, our method has successfully applied artificial intelligence algorithms to help the computer learn how to untie knotted cables by itself in the virtual world. The untying operations learned in the virtual world can be also used to untie the cable in the real world.

Along with the electrification, there are many electrical equipment are used in our daily life. Using those equipment we need cables to charge and connect them. But, sometimes cables will become problems, like when we clean the room the cables will be annoying. We think if we can resolve this problem with robot, it will save lots of time for people. But, unfortunately, there is no system which can manipulate cables with robot. The key point is cable can deform it's shape. Because of this, we can't recognize and record cables position correctly from picture. And if we want to manipulate cables with robot, the 3D information of cables is far batter than 2D information. Therefore, in this paper, we made a system which can build a 3D voxels model base on 2D image as a beforehand for use robot to manipulate cables. In our system, we cut input image into a series of small pictures and make 3D model based on each pictures then we assemble those 3D model together. So we can get a complete 3D model(output of this system) which is made base on input image and can represent the 3D cables position. Our method can transfer 2D data to 3D data, this let us can get 3D information from image and we think this is useful in robot science.

<p>九州工業大学では2012年度より，卒業後も継続して利用可能な全学メールサービスの提供を開始した．メールサービスの稼働基盤には，2015年度よりMicrosoft社のSaaSであるOffice365およびMicrosoft365(以降365とも称する)を活用している．本サービスには，2020年7月現在で約21,800アカウントが存在し，在学生・在職者に加え本学の卒業生が含まれている．このような多様な利用者層が，電子メールに加えネットワークストレージやグループウェア機能を利用しているため，不正アクセスによるアカウント詐取の対象になっていた．本学では，365に対するセキュリティ向上対策として，ログ監視体制の強化と認証基盤の強化を検討・運用を行っている．具体的には，365へのサインイン情報，メール送受信ログ等を学内のログ収集基盤へ集約する手法を確立した．また，サインイン時の認証強化については，365が有する多数の実現手法の中から，実現容易性やライセンスの観点から比較検討を行い，利用者層に応じた手法を採用した．本稿ではこれらの詳細について報告する．</p>
