© ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2018. We propose a method of deforming a human pose based on the rules of attractive poses. In our previous research, we proposed an approach for obtaining the rules of attractive poses from a set of attractive poses with a specific style and another set of unattractive poses by creating a decision tree based on the low-level pose features. In this paper, we propose a heuristic kinematics-based pose deformation method based on the discovered rules of attractive poses. The rules can be applied to any input pose with any specified scale. We evaluated our method through a user experiment. The results show that our method can deform a pose to realize a specified style, although not all rules are applicable to all kinds of poses and an appropriate style and deformation scale must be selected by the user.

In this paper, we propose a motion interpolation method using parameters based on adjectives. We conducted a questionnaire experiment in which subjects were asked to evaluate 10 example walking motions using 41 pairs of adjectives. Based on the results, 27 pairs of adjectives that are effective for motion parameterization were selected and four primary parameters were determined by categorizing the adjectives. Our motion interpolation method allows the user to create various styles of motions using the four primary parameters and any combination of the additional 27 adjective pairs. We also conducted a questionnaire experiment on another motion set of 27 walking motions and obtained the same four primary parameters and 29 adjective pairs. These results show that our method and the four primary parameters can be generalized for walking motions. In addition, our approach was applied to motion features that are computed example motions without any questionnaire experiment and obtained the primary and additional motion feature parameters for motion interpolation. This realizes motion interpolation using parameters based on motion features. The user of our system can choose adjective or motion feature parameters to create a motion depending on the type of motion that he or she wants to create. We present the results of our experiments and demonstrate the advantages of our method.

Here we look at some of its interesting properties and investigate the conditions on the interaction operator which ensure the integral is averaging. We present some illustrative examples.

We introduce the function spaces L_{p}(0 leq pleq infty) and the natural quasimetrics on them based on the Sugeno integral for a fuzzy neasure. It is proved that for every 0<p, q<infty, L_{p}=L_{q} holds.

© 2017 ACM. In this paper, we propose a method to determine the rules for attractive poses and generate novel attractive poses based on the discovered rules. Given a set of attractive poses with a specific style and another set of unattractive poses, we can obtain the rules to separate those two sets of example poses by creating a decision tree based on the low-level pose features that are computed from the example poses. In this research, we implemented our approach for two kinds of attractive poses, Hero and JoJo standing poses, and successfully discovered the rules of these styles. We also developed a heuristic kinematics-based pose deformation method based on the discovered rules of attractive poses. The rules can be applied to any input pose with any specified scale. Using our system, a creator can interactively design novel poses.

The inclusion-exclusion integral is a generalization of the discrete Choquet integral, defined with respect to a fuzzy measure and an interaction operator that replaces the minimum function in the Choquet integral’s Möbius representation. While in general this means that the resulting operator can be non-monotone, we have previously proposed using averaging aggregation functions for the interaction component, which under certain requirements can produce non-linear, but still averaging, operators. Here we consider how the orness of the overall function changes depending on the chosen component functions and hence propose a simplified calculation for approximating the orness of an averaging inclusion-exclusion integral.

本論文では，クイックソートの概念を利用して効率的に順序関係を調べる新しい相対評価法を提案する．人の主観的な疼痛を客観的な数値として表すことができれば，人の感じている痛みについて他者と共有することができ，医師（医療従事者）と患者との問診を支援することが可能になる．主観的な疼痛を客観的な数値で評価するためには，多くの年代や地域の方，さらには非健常者や妊婦，高齢者の方まで幅広くアンケート評価を行う必要がある．しかし，現状の評価法では，１人当たりにかかる検査時間（１～３時間）が長すぎるため，多くのデータを得ることが難しい．さらに，非健常者や妊婦，高齢者の方に対しては，身体的・精神的な理由から負担の大きい調査の実施が困難である．<br>本論文で提案する整列比較法は，一対比較法の判断の容易さを残したまま，問題点である比較回数と検査時間を大幅に改善できる．また，比較を行う実験刺激の個数に関係なく各実験刺激を定量化する数値化手法についても記述する．これにより，比較を行う実験刺激の個数を調整することが可能となり，より被験者の負担を減らすことができる．
